Payment and Refunds:
The contract and full payment must be submitted for a contract to be issued to secure exhibit space. Unlimited Access reserves the right to cancel the space if full payment is not received. There are no refunds or exhibit transfers.

AGREEMENT
The submitted Exhibitor hereby contracts with Unlimited Access, A Management Corporation. for exhibition space as described above in conjunction with LANDSExpo.
Terms of Payment: A Full Payment must accompany this contract.
It is understood and agreed to by the exhibitor that Show management reserves the authority to assign exhibit space number in the show. Show management reserves the right to shift space assignments after the contract has been signed by both parties if deemed necessary. Show management will notify Exhibitor in writing if space assignments need to be changed. Spaces confirmed are not refundable or transferable.
By this submission, I acknowledge that I have read and do accept the agreement, and that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of exhibitor.
